Job Title: Remote Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote (United States Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based
Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 Annually + Equity + Bonuses
What You’ll Do:
Run scheduled Zoom calls with clients
Help clients understand benefit options
Guide them through the decision-making and enrollment process
Document everything properly and follow up as needed
Attend team coaching and strategy sessions
