Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Purchase Order knowledge, assisting with operational and financial audits Team Oriented, Microsoft, Excel, Word 365


Responsibilities include the following
Invoice Processing (Coupa):
Enter and process vendor invoices in Coupa on a daily basis.
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
Resolve discrepancies and communicate with management.
Collaborate with with team and other departments to streamline processes


Expense & Invoice Auditing (Concur):
Review and audit employee expense reports and invoices submitted through Concur.
Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
Flag and follow up on any irregularities or policy violations.
Collaborate with with team and other departments to streamline processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
