Mortgage Appraisal Desk Specialist Mortgage Appraisal Desk Job Description: The Appraisal Desk Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Appraisal Department by managing appraisal orders from initiation through final receipt. This position also assists with processing revision requests and ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors. Core Responsibilities: + Process and monitor appraisal orders from entry to completion + Coordinate with appraisers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery + Manage and respond to revision requests with accuracy and professionalism + Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the appraisal workflow Mortgage Appraisal Desk Required Skills & Qualifications: + 1-2 years of experience in mortgage operations or a related field + Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices and loan documentation + Proficiency with lending software systems and loan origination platforms + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities + Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Experience with process documentation and workflow mapping is a plus Top Skills: + Mortgage Lending + Mortgage Loan Processing + Mortgage Operations + Loan Origination Systems + Lending Software Systems + Loan Documentation + Loan Products Mortgage Appraisal Desk Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr. - Health insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in accordance with our usual policies. You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of employment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
