Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for residential architecture and a talent for leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to guide high-end residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design and execution.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between the team and leadership.
Review project documentation for quality assurance and compliance with building codes.
Lead teams in developing detailed construction documents tailored to each project's needs.
Establish project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to keep everything on track.
Manage permit submissions and approvals efficiently.
Provide mentorship and direction to support staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness in construction documents.
Work closely with interior designers, consultants, and engineers to coordinate plans.
Represent the firm in meetings with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress across all phases and assist with construction administration as needed.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in residential architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Registered Architect in Arizona (preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and Monday.com is a plus.
Strong knowledge of design guidelines, building codes, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring top-quality construction documents.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams at all levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
