Job Description

Threshold is seeking Full Time Attic Insulation Technicians to help support a Utility Sponsored Energy Efficiency program.  Prior experience in weatherization and insulation is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train dependable applicants who are hard working and have a positive attitude.  Candidates must be comfortable: Applicants must be dependable, have a positive attitude and possess a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).  Candidates must be comfortable:

* Navigating tight and dark spaces
* Climbing ladders
* Interacting professionally with customers

This is a chance to gain valuable experience in a growing industry.  Any accepted candidate will go through a 30 day probationary/training period, earning $20 per hour.  Upon completion of the probationary period, candidates will graduate to full-time employee status, earning $50,000 and $60,000, between hourly and performance based bonuses.   Employees will also qualify for health benefits and 401K.   All qualified candidates will need to pass a drug test and background check.
