Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a Title & Registration Specialist to oversee all aspects of title and registration work within the State of Texas, ensuring accuracy, compliance with state and local requirements, and excellent customer support. The position also involves assisting with tolls, parking, and traffic violation management, related billing, and maintaining organized and accurate records.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process vehicle registration renewals across Texas.
  • Submit renewals through TxDMV and/or county tax offices as required.
  • Review, update, and maintain accurate title and registration records.
  • Prepare and process customer billing for renewals and related services.
  • Manage parking, toll, and moving violations, including payment processing and billing.
  • Maintain well-organized records and filing systems for titles and vehicle documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of titles received and address discrepancies with appropriate agencies.
  • Request duplicate titles when necessary.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams on registration status, billing, and compliance updates.
  • Assist with out-of-state titling and registration once trained.
  • Conduct in-person visits to county tax offices or DMV regional offices when required.
  • Serve as backup for mail and package processing when needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
  • Previous experience with title and registration work in Texas is preferred, but not required
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with TxDMV and county tax office systems
  • Experience working directly with county or DMV offices
  • Problem-solving and investigative skills to resolve discrepancies
