We are currently seeking part-time (15-35 hours per week) Baristas, Shift Leaders in the greater Monroe, OH and Dayton, OH area, especially 5894 Springboro Pike, across from the Meijer gas station.

Highlighting our store at 5894 North Springboro Pike, directly in front of the Meijer Grocery Store and Gas Station, 418 Warren Street Dayton, OH, 3821 Cloud Park Drive Huber Heights, OH, 210 Brooks Drive, Monroe, OH

We are looking for high energy individuals who love giving great service, are passionate about great coffee, and like to have fun at work! In this key position, you will be responsible for promoting coffee, educating customers, selling coffee, tea and merchandise, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks.

Qualifications include:

Must be 18 years or older to apply

Positive attitude and great work ethic

Friendly and enjoys working with people

Experience in specialty coffee industry a plus, but not required – we will train you!

Genuinely like people and like working as part of a team

Very well organized and detail oriented

Ability to work multiple shifts per week during the store hours of 5:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour plus tips

Biggby has three locations in the Dayton area, Biggby Dayton, Biggby Cloud Park and Biggby Meijer Springboro Pike, as well as on in Monroe, OH near the outlets. This franchise is owned and operated by the Meyer Family, a 4th generation based Dayton family, with long held ties to the community that opened there first store, Biggby Dayton, on 418 Warren Street. This specific location is Drive-Thru and lobby with Door Dash and call ahead ordering. Biggby Cloud Park and Biggby Springboro Pike are Drive-Thru/Walk Up concepts built for quality and speed. Biggby Monroe is a drive thru plus a comfortable cafe seating space.
