As a Barista/Cook, you’ll wear many hats, but every task will center around creating an exceptional experience for our customers. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Crafting beverages: Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Cooking up deliciousness: Assist in preparing and plating food items from our menu.
- Customer interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure they leave with a smile.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the coffee and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, whether as a barista, cook, or both.
- Skills: A knack for multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Personality: A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for great coffee and food.
- Team spirit: Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive work environment.
