Job Description

We are looking for an efficient, hard working, personable bartender with server experience to work the bar and sometimes the floor at upscale, sit-down pizza restaurant. We have a great house cocktail program, a biodynamic, natural wine list, eclectic beer selection and outstanding food. And a laid back work environment.

We need to add one great bartender who can hold down a 10 seat bar, handle drinks for the other 25+ seats in the restaurant, and occasionally pop out from behind the bar if necessary to help out of the floor. We've got a small team so a team player who can plow through tickets quickly, but also polish glasses, or run food to a table, or pick up a serving shift when necessary. Someone who knows what it means to "surprise and delight" customers with outstanding service but who also knows how to get to work to ensure that customers don't get their food before they get their drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Engage with guests to provide an exceptional bar experience.
• Create recipes for drinks.
• Make shrubs and house sodas in collaboration with pastry team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist with tables on the floor if necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of bartending experience (required).
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Details:

• Pay range: $12/hr + tips., PTO and sick hours
• Schedule: Sundays and picking up other shifts as available (typically 1-2 per week).
