Experienced Breakfast Cook
We are looking for a skilled, dependable Breakfast Cook with 3–5 years professional kitchen experience and strong knife skills. This role is specifically for someone who knows breakfast inside and out — not just general cooking.
If you are a true breakfast cook who takes pride in speed, precision, and great food — we want to meet you.
You must be confident in:
Cooking eggs every way (poached, omelets, over-easy, scrambled, etc.)
Making hollandaise and classic breakfast sauces
Working a fast-paced breakfast line with consistency and speed
Maintaining a clean and organized station
Handling prep, knife work, and quality control
What we need:
Minimum 3–5 years in the industry (breakfast-focused strongly preferred)
Solid breakfast knowledge — if you can’t run a breakfast line, this isn’t the right fit
Reliability and professionalism — mornings are your thing
A team player with pride in their craft
Schedule: Morning shifts (brunch hours), full-time or part-time available.
