We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document workflows, and support the implementation of business solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements , user stories, and workflows.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases , and process documentation.

• Perform data analysis using Excel or SQL to support business decisions.

• Assist in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-test cases, defect tracking, validation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and project teams.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management.

• Support Agile ceremonies - standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

• Maintain documentation, status reports, and project updates.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, MBA, Computer Science , or related field.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).

• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins).

• Understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or similar platforms (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Visualization).

• Familiarity with process mapping , workflow design, BPM tools.

• Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle .

• Academic or project work related to business analysis or data analytics.
