A leading engineering and planning firm in Nashville is looking for a Civil Engineer to support and lead site development projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors. What You'll Be Doing:

Design and manage grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater systems , and roadway plans

Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and permitting packages

Collaborate with surveyors, planners, and architects for seamless project delivery

Work directly with project managers and clients across Middle Tennessee

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, forward-thinking culture

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

3-8 years of experience in land development projects

Strong knowledge of Civil 3D , local codes, and stormwater design

EIT required; PE preferred or in progress

A team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
