Compensation Analyst Technology Industry (Remote, US)

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst for a global technology company. This role will focus on conducting market analyses, supporting pay planning initiatives, and managing compensation-related projects.

This is a 3 month contract (extensions possible), 40/hours per week role , remote in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

  • Support the annual pay planning processes, including data validation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of compensation recommendations and salary structures.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and equitable pay decisions.
  • Manage and track project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure data integrity in compensation systems and generate compensation reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis at global technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience with market analytics and compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW).
  • Experience supporting pay planning processes, including merit or incentive cycles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with pay transparency and compliance best practices, preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
