Pay Range : $17.00 plus Tips!

Job Summary

Join our team as a Concessions Cashier and provide exceptional service to fans during UW-Madison Badger Sporting Events. In this role, you’ll handle transactions, interact with customers, prepare food, and maintain high sanitation standards, all while contributing to a fun, high-energy atmosphere. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all purchases are recorded in the register. 
• Engage with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints or concerns promptly. 
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards. 
• Restock supplies (condiments, food, beverages, etc.) and maintain a clean and organized service area. 
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards, including ServSafe and alcohol service regulations. 
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels throughout events. 
• Serve alcohol responsibly, following Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth event operations. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years old. 
• Willingness to earn ServSafe. 
• Ability to stand for long hours during events. 
• Ability to lift 25-45 lbs for stocking and setup. 
• Must be available to work all UW-Madison Football games and a majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
