We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Concrete/Demolition Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be well-versed in all aspects of concrete work, demolition, and general labor. If you’re someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and has a strong understanding of concrete from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and demolition tasks
• Interpret and follow project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise
• Work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
• Prior concrete experience is required • Solid understanding of the concrete process, from prep to finish
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude with solid problem-solving abilities
• Reliable and punctual
