Job Title: CQV Project Manager
Location: Holly Springs, NC (full Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension up to 18 months)
Interview Timeline: Middle to end of next week
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a critical project at our Holly Springs location. This role requires individuals with a strong background in CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) and experience in commissioning and onboarding equipment. The project is fully on-site and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between validation, quality, PMO, and Capex teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, or Microsoft Project to manage and track project progress.
Coordinate and integrate into escalation and matrix teams, effectively managing any issues that arise.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and "go-getter" attitude.
Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timelines and budget cycles.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and facility build-out projects.
Proven experience in CQV activities and equipment commissioning is a plus.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
Experience with greenfield or brownfield projects is a plus.
Capex experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
