We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. This is a fully remote role that requires minimal supervision, making it ideal for individuals looking for flexible and easy administrative work from home.
Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately and quickly
Verify and correct data where necessary
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Communicate with team members for data clarification as needed
Follow company procedures for data handling and recordkeeping
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
Ability to type at least 35–45 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in data entry or administrative work
