Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Data Team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with process automation and data management. The intern will play a key role in helping transition the organization away from legacy systems, specifically SmartSheet, and will contribute to building more efficient, cost-effective solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Python-based automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of current SmartSheet-based processes and workflows
• Assist in the design and development of new automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Help create custom Python scripts to replace existing manual processes and optimize operations
• Work closely with IT, the data team, and key business stakeholders to ensure solution requirements are met
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and roadblocks
• Learn and apply best practices for data management, security, and automation
• Complete other assigned tasks supporting broader data initiatives
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

• Gain real-world experience in business process automation and digital transformation
• Develop practical skills in Microsoft Power Automate and Python programming
• Enhance problem-solving abilities through cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Category Management teams

Additional Information

• This is a paid internship at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
• Internship runs for 10 weeks, 20 hours per week.
• The role is on-site, with required in-person attendance for onboarding, team meetings, and trainings.
