Job Description

First-class doggy daycare offering overnight boarding, grooming, training, and walking services is in search of hardworking and talented people to become part of our team.

This is an opportunity to work on a beautiful waterfront setting near Downtown Brooklyn with a fun and professional group of dog and cat lovers. We take our jobs seriously, but know when to have fun.

We are looking for a full time or part-time Dog Handler/Walker (aka Daycare Attendant) to join our team. This person is in charge of maintaining a fun, safe and nurturing environment for our canine guests. This person ensures that our doggy clients receive the right balance of exercise, social activity, and rest. The right person is also responsible for walking dogs.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must have real experience working with animals and familiarity with dog behavior and breeds. 
  • Clean freaks are A MUST ! The job is very rewarding, BUT you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get dirty! This is also a physically demanding job, requiring patience and endurance in a fast paced environment. Salary is hourly with potential to grow. 
  • All applicants MUST LOVE DOGS and CATS , must always be punctual, is a team player and willing to jump in and help when necessary. Working knowledge of dogs, breeds and temperaments a plus!
  • You must have at least ONE YEAR OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ANIMALS . Please do not apply if you have zero experience with animals.


Job Details:

We currently have a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME position available. The schedule can be flexible, but we are definitely in need of someone who can work at least one weekend day, a few day shifts during the week and possibly holidays as needed. We are normally closed 12/24 and 12/25.
