We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Houston-based manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will lead digital marketing initiatives that expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and generate measurable growth. Working closely with company leadership and sales, you’ll design and execute strategies across multiple digital platforms, bringing creativity, autonomy, and data-driven results to every campaign.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Collaborate on content development, including ads, blog posts, articles, social media, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and reputation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives—optimize campaigns, improve rankings, and drive both paid and organic traffic.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
• Analyze and report on website, social media, and campaign performance; present monthly results to leadership.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B and B2C).
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• E-commerce experience required.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments.
• Interest in the steel/manufacturing industry is a plus.
