POSITION IS FULLY ON-SITE IN MCKITTRICK, CA (Roughly 40-55 min from Bakersfield depending on where you are at) shift will be a start time between 5am to 9am depending on what shift is available at the time. Weekend shifts are 5a-6p Must be able to work any of the 7 days as schedules could change week to week. Will Have to work 7 days every 3rd week rotating with the other dispatchers. Description Job Description: - Schedule and dispatch surface and sub surface resources - Coordinate Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Activities through efficient logistics management process - Effectively communicate both oral/written - Identify opportunities for improvement (Non-value added activities). - Maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Support SAP scheduling process - Flexibility to expand position responsibilities and knowledge base - Prioritize activities and communicate with customers as required - Accuracy of data entry in SAP - Edit work orders in SAP to make sure the correct activities is entered properly - Continuously look for opportunities to eliminate non-value added activities and increase productivity - Participate in Lean/continuous improvement activities - Identify and communicate opportunities for reduction in lead/cycle time per job order Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
