Description:

Dispatch crews to the field to assure the customer receives the requested traffic control. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and think on their feet.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Collect information from job calendar, traffic control plans, etc.
• Relay all job-related information to the crews so they have a clear understanding of the job.
• Manage all call outs and changes to the scheduled job to make sure customer needs are still met.
• Throughout the day receive calls to assist crews in various ways such as safety issues, work zone set ups, scheduling conflicts, etc.
• Understanding construction plans to assist in determining what will be required to accommodate scope of work for the contractor.

• Thorough understanding of traffic control set ups and management of a traffic control crew.

• Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and activities seamlessly.

Starting Salary: $20.00 (subject to experience)
