As our E-commerce Manager , you will be responsible for launching and scaling a parts and accessories marketplace that serves customers shopping for recreational vehicles across our platforms (RV Trader, Boatmart, Cycle Trader, Commercial Truck Trader, etc.). You will:

  • Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  • Lead merchandising efforts, optimizing product placement, promotions, and pricing strategies.

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales, including promotions, email campaigns, and abandoned cart strategies.

  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to integrate Accessories messaging into the main marketplace sites, ensuring a cohesive user experience.

  • Collaborate with retailers to onboard products, manage inventory visibility, and support their success on the platform.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Enhance customer experience, working with customer service teams to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in marketplace environments.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital merchandising and promotional strategies.

  • Strong background in digital marketing, including email, SEO, and performance marketing.

  • Experience working with third-party retailers or vendors in an e-commerce setting.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Shopify, Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Email marketing campaign
  • Automotive or recreational e-commerce experience
