✍ Short Description:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Email Specialist to develop and execute email marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. You’ll own the process from campaign planning and copywriting to testing, reporting, and optimization, working with platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot.

💰 Compensation:  Hourly rate in USD – based on experience (10–20 hours per week)

💼 Responsibilities:

• Email Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience segments.
  Copywriting & Design: Write clear, concise, on-brand email copy and designing eye-catching and engaging creative, working closely with designers to produce needed images.
  
• Platform Execution: Build, test, and launch email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and others.
  
• List Management: Manage segmentation, hygiene, and targeting strategies to ensure list health and campaign effectiveness.
  
• A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, creative, and send times to continuously improve performance.
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and provide regular reporting and insights with actionable recommendations.
  
• Automation & Workflows: Set up and optimize automated nurture sequences, onboarding emails, and triggered campaigns where applicable.
  
• Compliance: Ensure campaigns meet legal requirements such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR standards.
• Stay Current: Keep up with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and platform updates.
  

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years of email marketing or digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in Email Service Providers like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or Braze
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations
• Strong writing and editing skills across tones and audiences
• Experience setting up and optimizing automated workflows
• Understanding of key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.)

🔍 Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with email design principles and accessibility best practices
• Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients simultaneously
