The Environmental Team Lead is to provide on- and off-site support for Project & Construction Management to proactively identify and reduce, avoid or mitigate environmental risks in order to maintain construction schedule and Environmental/ Regulatory compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review and understand environmental compliance requirements and/or wildlife biologist.
Maintain a positive, friendly & solution-focused attitude in order to provide excellent customer service to the Project Construction & Management team(s)
Direct and implement environmental compliance programs on Projects (i.e.: develop/implement Environmental Protection or Mitigation Plans)
Proactively identify and report to the Project Environment Manager any major or unforeseen environmental issues and/or considerations (i.e.: timing restrictions, species at risk, access, etc);
Knowledge and research on Endangered Species and Habitat..
Knowledge and research on Storm and Water Pollution Prevention.
Experience managing large scale energy projects.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Biology, Wildlife or related field required.

This position is hybrid, preference for candidates located in Houston, TX or Scottsdale, AZ
