Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote ( LATAM )

About the Role

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and help keep the business running smoothly day to day. This role is a mix of calendar ownership, communication, operational follow-through, and high-trust support. You'll be the CEO's right hand-making sure priorities are clear, meetings are prepared, and important tasks don't slip. A notable part of this role includes supporting the CEO's personal brand and social presence (Facebook and Instagram) . You'll help manage DMs, scheduling, and content planning-treating social communication with the same urgency and organization as email and internal messages.
This is ideal for someone who's highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

What You'll Do



Own the CEO's calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, protecting focus blocks, managing time zones, and ensuring meetings have clear agendas and outcomes.



Inbox + communications support: triage emails/messages, draft responses, follow up on threads, and escalate urgent items.



Meeting prep and follow-through: create briefs, gather context/documents, take notes when needed, and track action items to completion.



Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders: clients, partners, candidates, vendors, etc.



Social + personal brand support (Facebook/Instagram):

  • Monitor and triage DMs alongside email (respond, escalate, or hand off appropriately)
  • Draft replies and maintain high-quality written communication
  • Build and maintain a content calendar
  • Draft captions and schedule posts
  • Track follow-ups and conversations through completion (e.g., scheduling, coordination)



Community/group support: help manage customer groups and conversations; comfortable using personal or newly created social accounts associated with the business as needed, and being added to DM threads to take over coordination.



Travel and logistics: book flights/hotels, build itineraries, and handle expense documentation when required.



Light personal admin (as needed): coordinating home services (cleaner, drivers), placing online orders, scheduling personal appointments (e.g., doctor visits), and general day-to-day logistics support.



Maintain systems: organize files, improve processes, and build simple workflows to reduce CEO overhead.



What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO/founder/executive (startup experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and spoken English (high writing quality is critical).
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Extremely organized with close attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities; calm under pressure.
  • Proactive communicator who flags risks early and proposes solutions.
  • Personable and professional-comfortable owning conversations and being trusted to take over scheduling/coordination when handed off by the CEO.
  • Comfortable supporting social media workflows (DMs, content calendars, scheduling, drafting).
  • Experience with Google Sheets is preferred (tracking, basic reporting, and organizing workflows).
