Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a dedicated Express Technician to join our team at our Duluth, GA location. This role involves performing routine vehicle services efficiently and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the service department. Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled time
• Provide excellent customer service and help answer basic questions about services performed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as an automotive technician or in a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
