Job Description

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and lead a team to create exceptional fencing projects? At Riverside Services we’re looking for a driven and experienced Fence Installer Foreman to supervise crews and deliver high-quality fence installations for industrial, commercial, and residential properties.

Your Mission As the leader on site, you’ll ensure that each project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate with clients, manage crews, and oversee every detail of the installation process, turning fencing plans into reality while inspiring your team to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and Manage Crews: Lead your team on-site, ensuring materials and time are used efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Communicate with clients to understand fencing needs and work closely with project managers to keep tasks on track.
  • Prepare and Execute: Inspect properties, determine material requirements, and ensure proper site preparation, including digging, measuring, and clearing debris.
  • Install with Precision: Oversee the assembly, adjustment, and installation of fences, ensuring all segments are secure, aligned, and meet safety standards.
  • Document and Report: Maintain detailed notes, drawings, and time reporting in our software for accurate tracking and project planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure every fence is completed correctly, safely, and to customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in Leadership: Supervisory experience in construction, carpentry, or a similar trade.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in fencing tools and equipment, with hands-on experience installing wood, metal, and chain-link fences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage projects effectively and maintain quality.
  • Physical Ability: Strength and adaptability to handle outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Education and Credentials: A high school diploma or GED, relevant certifications or licenses, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to provide required tools (list provided).
