Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager for their Worcester office to be part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing intensive case management to youth. Some duties will include communication and relationship building with client and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc), setting limits for youth, development of interventions, and setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist and other providers. Must participate in on-call services as needed.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Must be licensed (LSW or LSWA) or license-eligible. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with approved DMV, DCF and CORI background checks. Travel is involved and a reliable vehicle is needed. Position will require MAPP training and certification to be able to train Spanish-speaking foster care providers with medication administration.
