We operate 50 Wendy's franchise locations in Collier, Hendry, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Wendy’s Commercial Hot Side Kitchen Equipment Technician

**Pay is based on experience**

Qualifications :

• Must have electrical technician work experience (minimum 2 years)
• Light cosmetic maintenance (light drywall, tile, paint)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must have clean Criminal and Driving background check

Responsibilities:

• Must have electrical experience
• To repair and maintain ovens. Fryers, flat top grills, toasters, bun warmers, holding drawers, and other miscellaneous hot side equipment
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• On Call required
• Must have basic tools for repairs all specialty tools will be provided
• Scheduled work week is 50 hours
