HR Call Center Representative Location Remote in Kentucky :

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The HR Call Center Representative 3 provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. The HR Call Center Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

HR Call Center Representative 3 decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

A HR Call Center Representative 3 will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring efficiency of service center operations
  • Handling technology and transaction processes
  • Establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs.
  • Coordinating services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of direct inbound call center experience
  • Demonstrated direct customer service skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with working in a metric driven environment
  • This role is full time, Monday- Friday, 9:35- 6:05( EST)
  • If selected for offer, you must live within a 1-hour commutable distance to Louisville, KY, Humana Waterside building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience using web-based human resource management systems - Workday
  • Previous HR experience within a call center environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish - must have the ability to effectively converse in Spanish while entering information into systems in English

Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $44,900 - $60,200 per year
