**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to apply paint to various materials and surfaces. Your role will involve setting up and cleaning up paint equipment, mixing paints and coatings, and preparing surfaces by removing rust, filling holes and dents, and masking off details and components. **Responsibilities** + Apply paint to different materials and surfaces. + Set up and clean up paint equipment. + Mix paints and coatings. + Remove rust, fill holes and dents to create even surfaces. + Mask off details and components to prepare surfaces for painting. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in painting and paint preparation. + Experience with industrial painting and sanding. + Knowledge of using a spray gun. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3 years of experience and knowledge of materials and equipment. + Current and valid United States driver's license and reliable transportation. **Work Environment** Work in a climate-controlled facility with two large paint booths. **The schedule is typically Monday to Thursday from 4 PM to 2 AM** , with no travel required. Enjoy a 4/10 work schedule and the benefits of ESOP and 401k. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
