What you can expect

• Installation, maintenance and repair of industrial X-ray systems at our customers' site focusing on safety, quality and timely delivery
• Updates of existing X-ray systems at our customers
• Execution of customer trainings and acceptance tests
• Responding to customer issues and questions
• Telephone and remote customer support in the event of system failures
• Contacting other resources as needed to resolve issue/problem
• Completing required documentation
• International travel

What you should bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a repair or similar environment
• X-Ray / Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical support experience
• Proficient in diagnosing failures in systems
• Familiarity and awareness of high voltage systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of industrial X-ray equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Effective communicator in writing and orally (English)
• Customer friendly personality
• Ability to perform duties independently, reliably, and with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel, primarily domestically
