Job Description

Seeking Superstar Insurance Agents.

The Burks Agency is looking for superstar insurance agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will:

  • Be P&C and Life licensed.
  • Have superior networking and marketing skills.
  • Be passionate about closing deals and making money.
  • Have a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Agents will receive a base salary plus competitive commission.
  • PTO and paid holidays. 
  • Training and free leads will be provided.

Job Type: Permanent.

Experience:

  • Property and Casualty sales: 2 years (Required).
