Job Description: SAP S/4 HANA C2C Functional Analyst

Type: 12-month contract

Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (Onsite Tues-Thurs; WFH Mon & Fri)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA C2C Functional Analyst . This role focuses on SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C/C2C) processes and requires hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, Fiori, and cross-functional SAP module integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP Order-to-Cash processes in an SAP Fiori environment.
• Perform fit-gap analysis , document business processes, and maintain BPML documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, Logistics) for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support SAP Master Data governance and troubleshoot issues related to Customer Master, Billing, and Financial Postings.
• Assist with design reviews to ensure alignment with Compass Group principles.
• Support testing (unit, UAT), manage defects, and lead cutover activities.
• Engage stakeholders and business leads throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support .
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA , specifically in O2C/C2C processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori user interfaces.
• Familiarity with cross-module integrations: MM, FI, and Logistics .
• Experience with Master Data Governance (MDG) and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Smartsheet , and basic IT troubleshooting.
