Job Summary:
Key Benefit Administrators is a leading third party administrator specializing in self-funded medical plans. The Report/Data Analyst will combine data reporting and engineering responsibilities to ensure data integrity and accessibility for business insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data using tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, transformation, and normalization processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and refine data solutions.
• Apply data governance, security, and best practices across reporting and data engineering efforts.
• Leverage knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and SCRUM methodology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficient in ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data using tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and refine data solutions.

Preferred:
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, or other data processing frameworks.
• Prior experience working in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce industries.
• Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
