Overview

As a Kalfass Operator at Brightstar Lottery, you’ll play a key role in our packaging operations, ensuring instant lottery tickets are processed with precision and care. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement—every ticket you touch helps deliver excitement to players across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor Kalfass shrink wrap machinery
• Inspect and separate instant lottery ticket books
• Organize and pack ticket books into cartons
• Verify carton contents and perform data entry for packing and voiding
• Palletize completed cartons for shipment
• Follow detailed procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Support general labor tasks across the packaging line

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in production, industrial operations, or printing
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks like bending, squatting, and twisting
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
