Responsibilities

act as ServiceNow senior advisor, engagement lead, account manager of selected accounts;
lead E2E technical pre-sales processes and ServiceNow related IT service developments.

Requirements

minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area of IT Advisory projects as ServiceNow subject matter expert (preferably including modul knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD);
proven track record managing ServiceNow platform based IT engagements (projects);
architecture and datamodell planning knowledge (CMDB, CSDM);
deep understanding of ServiceNow based digital transformations;
experience in consulting related pre-sales processes;
very good presentation skills;
strong English skills (both written and verbal) and Hungarian native language knowledge is a must;
experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts) is an advantage, however the knowledge of the listed technologies are not mandatory;
experience in technologies like REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, SSO is an advantage;
experience in CI/CD, DevOps, TOGAF, ITIL is an advangtage;
capability of creating concepts, methods for non-predictable situations and engagements is an advantage, however not required.
