LOCATION: Reston, VA. This is a hybrid (2x/wk in office) role available to those who reside within a reasonable commute and those willing to relocate immediately upon hire. (with company assistance)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop SailPoint integrations, both custom and out of the box, to onboard applications, using Java, Python, Beanshell, etc.
• Utilize strong hands-on development skills to take charge of critical systems related to optimizing and securing the company's IAM solutions.
• Designing and implement IAM solutions: SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, integrations with various Identity Providers (IdPs), and IAM security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
• Participate in strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assess and implement new technologies.
• Create and maintain operational documentation with collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki for systems configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
• May o versee Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with frameworks like NIST and CIS.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams, and clearly communicate IAM strategies across the organization.

IDEAL PROFILE

• 10+ years in IT with past hands-on development experience with core Java and other programming / scripting languages and recent experience working with SailPoint and other IAM technologies.
• Proven HANDS ON development expertise in application (SaaS, Cloud, on-prem, etc.) onboarding / configuration, both custom and out of the box, with SailPoint utilizing Java, Python, etc.
• Ability to develop integrations with IdPs using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Proficient with creating custom connectors.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like SSO, MFA, PAM, across on-prem, distributed, and SaaS environments.
• Experienced with SaaS solutions and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.
• Prior work in a Lead role, mentoring more junior developers.
• Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate with others at all levels in the organization.
• SailPoint certifications are a plus.
• Must reside within a reasonable commute to Reston, VA (highly preferred) or motivated to relo to the area PRIOR to joining (with company assistance). Neither remote nor delayed relocation are an option.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience

WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Citizen/Green Card holder preferred. May consider a local H-1B transfer.
