Now Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Washington

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Bellingham, Washington 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who thrives in a supportive setting and is passionate about helping clients overcome life’s challenges through evidence-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services.
• Complete thorough client assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case consultations.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current LMHC license in Washington State (required).
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice.
