We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to the evolution of our AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and pipelines for deployment in production environments.
• Build scalable and efficient ML infrastructure to support data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into Accrete's platform.
• Implement best practices for model performance monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
• Work with cloud-based platforms and distributed computing frameworks to improve system efficiency.
• Optimize feature engineering, data preprocessing, and training workflows to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to MLOps principles, including automation, CI/CD for ML, and reproducibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn .
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS prefererred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks like Spark, Ray, or Dask .
• Experience with MLOps tools and techniques, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing, data engineering principles, and feature stores.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning, NLP, or deep learning applications.
• Knowledge of graph-based ML, generative AI, or other advanced ML techniques.
• Exposure to edge AI and model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning).
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications in AI conferences.

Salary Range: 140k-180k
