This fully remote role operates on Eastern Standard Time hours and is ideal for someone eager to contribute to next-generation projects that blend technology and creativity seamlessly.Responsibilities Design and Build Diffusion Pipelines: Develop, optimize, and maintain diffusion-based image generation pipelines using ComfyUI, Automatic1111, or custom Python scripts, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs tailored for creative workflows. Tool Integration and Customization: Adapt and enhance tools like ComfyUI, Automatic1111, and diffusers to meet the unique needs of our creative teams, ensuring seamless integration and usability. Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with artists and designers to understand their production workflows and deliver AI-driven solutions that empower their creative processes. Technology Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, diffusion models, and generative AI to ensure our tools remain state-of-the-art. Community Participation: Actively engage in machine learning and AI communities, sharing insights, learning from peers, and staying connected to emerging trends and technologies. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize the performance of image-generation pipelines to maximize efficiency, quality, and scalability. Documentation and Enablement: Create clear documentation, user guides, and training resources to support team members in utilizing AI tools effectively. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to maintain smooth and reliable pipeline operations. Research and Innovation: Lead research and development initiatives to discover and integrate new techniques that enhance creative tool capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside developers and engineering teams to integrate AI workflows into broader platform architectures. User-Driven Improvement: Collect and analyze user feedback to guide continuous improvements in tools, features, and user experience. Maintain Engineering Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews to uphold high technical quality across the team. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. Diffusion Model Expertise: Proven experience developing, optimizing, and deploying diffusion-based image-generation systems. Advanced Python Skills: Deep expertise in Python programming, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of ML/AI projects. Tool Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Fal.ai, Automatic1111, Hugging Face diffusers, or related frameworks. Machine Learning Knowledge: Solid foundation in machine learning principles, with specific focus on generative and diffusion models. Creative and Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset, capable of pushing the boundaries of current generative technologies. Community Involvement: Active contributor or participant in ML/AI communities, staying informed on the latest research and industry trends. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional and creative teams. Performance and Scalability Focus: Hands-on experience optimizing AI models and pipelines for production-grade performance and scalability. Technical Documentation: Ability to produce comprehensive documentation and training materials that empower others to use complex systems effectively. Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong diagnostic and problem-resolution skills to quickly address and resolve technical issues. R&D Experience: Experience driving research initiatives, experimenting with new methodologies, and integrating them into production workflows. User-Centric Design: Commitment to user experience, with experience gathering and acting on feedback from creative users. Code Quality Standards: Dedication to writing clean, maintainable code and upholding best practices in development processes. Creative Collaboration: Passion for the intersection of AI and creativity, with an understanding of artist workflows and production needs.
