Now Hiring: Lead Maintenance Supervisor & Certified Maintenance Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay:

• Lead Maintenance Supervisor: $24–$28/hr
• Certified Maintenance Technician: $21–$23/hr

Open Roles:

Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Certified Maintenance Technician

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining a clean and safe community, and have HVAC or general maintenance experience, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking motivated individuals with strong attention to detail, a team-focused mindset, and a passion for property maintenance.

General Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues
• Schedule and complete work orders and apartment turns
• Manage or assist with larger community maintenance projects
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Pool maintenance (CPO preferred)
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repair
• Groundskeeping, pressure washing, and general upkeep

Requirements:

• HVAC/EPA Certification (Required for both roles)
• CPO License (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Team player with a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Leadership experience (for Lead Supervisor role)
