Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Manager-Project/Product to work for our client, who is a well known leading utilities company.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Manages activities of one or more mid-to-large-scale projects with responsibility for ensuring on time delivery of all deliverables including outputs and budget.
• Develops robust project plans, stakeholder analysis, RAID logs, status reports, risk mitigation.
• Implements benefits realization satisfaction surveys and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery
• Implements project management reporting tools progress dashboards and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status
• Works closely with third-party vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are being met as well as managing the project schedule

Requirements:

• A. High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of managing mid-to-large scale projects
• Experience with cross-functional projects such as IT, HR and third-party vendors
• Experience with building out project plans including RACI, RAID log

Desired Skills:

• PMP certification
• Experience as Project manager for projects within HR functional area
• Experience with Smartsheet
