Mechanical Assembler

SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical tools, the ability to follow work orders accurately, and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork. This role is essential to ensuring our products are assembled to the highest standards.

LOCATION: Everett, WA

Pay: $20 - $23

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday 5am – 1:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.

· Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.

· Measure and align parts accurately to ensure proper fit and function.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

· Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.

· Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Basic knowledge and use of hand and power tools.

· Ability to read and understand work orders and assembly instructions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctual attendance.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Capable of taking consistent and accurate measurements.

· Willingness to take direction and learn new skills.

· Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
