What you will be doing: - Managing customer complaint databases by creating, dispositioning, and writing test instructions for complaint evaluation.
- Preparing/exporting reports for analysis from appropriate databases.
- Receive and log in returned product for laboratory evaluation.
- Administrative tasks as required including filing of reports, submitting invoices and scheduling biohazard pick up for the labs.
- Provide statistical analysis for process or product evaluations.
- Maintain Laboratory inventory and calibration schedule.
- Perform special assignments as directed by supervisor.
- Support country specialists requests including resolution of technical and quality issues.
- Lead analsyst and investigator for Blood Glucose investigations.
- Knowledge of app and software troubleshooting techniques preferred.
What you will need for success: - Bachelor's degree in the sciences emphasizing chemistry, life sciences or engineering.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel and statistical analysis ability.
- Effective verbal and written communication and human relations skills.
- Understanding of valid experimental design and interpretation and command of basic clinical laboratory techniques.
- Able to effectively analyze results of experimentation, evaluations and testing and able to summarize and report findings.
- Sound judgment is essential for supplying recommendations.
