What you will be doing:
  • Managing customer complaint databases by creating, dispositioning, and writing test instructions for complaint evaluation.
  • Preparing/exporting reports for analysis from appropriate databases.
  • Receive and log in returned product for laboratory evaluation.
  • Administrative tasks as required including filing of reports, submitting invoices and scheduling biohazard pick up for the labs.
  • Provide statistical analysis for process or product evaluations.
  • Maintain Laboratory inventory and calibration schedule.
  • Perform special assignments as directed by supervisor.
  • Support country specialists requests including resolution of technical and quality issues.
  • Lead analsyst and investigator for Blood Glucose investigations.
  • Knowledge of app and software troubleshooting techniques preferred.

What you will need for success:
  • Bachelor's degree in the sciences emphasizing chemistry, life sciences or engineering.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel and statistical analysis ability.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and human relations skills.
  • Understanding of valid experimental design and interpretation and command of basic clinical laboratory techniques.
  • Able to effectively analyze results of experimentation, evaluations and testing and able to summarize and report findings.
  • Sound judgment is essential for supplying recommendations.
