SuccessFactors Integration Analyst 100% Remote 6 + Months Experience: 3-6 years in SuccessFactors EC/Payroll integration.
Core Focus: Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle between SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking).
Key Responsibilities (3 Points): Own and deliver integration solutions (standard/custom) for SF EC, ECP, and other systems (e.g., Workforce Software). Lead the integration lifecycle: requirements, functional design, data mapping/validation, and coordination with third-party vendors. Conduct end-to-end integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and maintain documentation.
Essential Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and Payroll integration. Strong understanding of EC data models and EC-Payroll replication best practices. Plus: Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and/or Workforce Software modules. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
