About the Role:  As a Motion Graphics Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing bold visual ideas to life—from concept to final frame. You're not just fluent in digital design and animation tools—you know how to wield them with style, speed, and purpose. Whether it's a sleek product animation or a dynamic explainer video, you approach each project with creativity, flexibility, and an eye for detail. You're deadline-driven and organized, delivering polished work that meets the mark every time. But you're also a true team player—collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders across the company to turn vision into visuals that move people (literally and emotionally). This is a highly creative and collaborative role where your motion design skills will help shape how we tell our story.

*This position requires full-time onsite presence in Pleasanton, CA.*

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
• Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
  

How you will contribute  

• Creating visually appealing motion graphics and animations for the Vagaro Marketing Creative Team's digital media platforms; social, Youtube, webpages.  
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software (primarily After Effects and Premiere Pro) to design and execute motion graphic projects  
• Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives  
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision  
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time.  
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design  
• Other duties as assigned. 

Who we are searching for 

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field  
• You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and a strong portfolio of recent work  
• You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro  
• You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics  
• You are organized and can prioritize effectively  
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas  
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
