SkillBridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing priorities, coordinating tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of an organization.
The Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and clear communication at all times.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle follow-ups
Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and internal communications
Organize files, records, and confidential information
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Act as a reliable point of contact between leadership and internal teams
Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are handled effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency with standard office tools and digital platforms
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
