The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacists by performing drug distribution, compounding, record keeping, and clerical tasks in an anticoagulation therapy clinic setting. This role requires completion of an approved pharmacy technician program and licensure in Washington state, with preference for hospital pharmacy experience. This position is responsible for supporting the practice of pharmacy, performing delegated tasks, and performing drug distribution, compounding, record keeping, and clerical activities under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
